INITIAL EFT DRAFT
- An email will be sent out before the initial EFT draft. This email will contain the initial payment amount (first month + one-time processing fee), recurring payment amount, the date of initial draft and date of recurring monthly drafts.
- No billing fees.
RECURRING EFT DRAFTS
- EFT/ACH drafts are executed between the 17th and the 30th of the month. Members must pay the month before for the month ahead. There are no grace periods.
- No billing fees.
INVOICE BILLING (Sole Props to Groups 1-4)
- Members are billed on the 1st of the month for the month ahead. Payments are due by the 20th of the month prior to the coverage month. [Example: March coverage is due by February 20th]
- $20 monthly billing fee.
GROUP LIST BILLING (Groups 5 or More)
- Bills are generated on the 1st of the month and are due by the 10th of the month. This is for the current month. The reason is that the invoice is 100% correct by the 1st of the month due to any transactions such as additions/terminations etc.
- $20 monthly billing fee.
Note: Members that pay via EFT for their medical plans will now see Elevate Wellness Association reflected on their Bank Statements.
